Fault 1: No power indicate on bottle blowing machine
Reasons:
- No power in plug-in
- fuse broken
- wire disconnected
- emergency safety pawl not open
- whether power switch at ON position
- indicator broken
- Whether the small breaker inside heating oven for control plug-in closed
Solutions:
- Check whether there is electricity in plug-in, whether electricity leakage switch tripped.
- Check whether there is short in wiring, then replace fuse.
- Connecting connector.
- open emergency safety pawl.
- put power switch at ON position.
- replace indicator.
- Close breaker.
Fault 2: No sealing and stretching action
Reasons:
- mold closing not in position.
- mold closing position switch broken.
- power cable drop.
- gate board not in position.
- up-down solenoid valve and stretching solenoid valve broken.
- throttles of air inlet and outlet of cylinder jammed or closed.
- related solenoid valve broken.
- delay stretching time set to be “0”.
Solutions:
- move forward mold closing block.
- replace mold closing position switch.
- connecting wire.
- make sure gate board in position.
- replace solenoid valve.
- check holes, ensuring fluent.
- check related solenoid valve.
- delay stretching time setting can not less than “0”.
Fault 3: Alarm
Reasons: Over current in main electromotor, current protection caused by thermorelay overload.
Solutions: check electromotor fault or adjusting the overload current of thermorelay.
Fault4: Control switch trip
Reasons:
- live wire and voltage regulation circuit short.
- electromotor burned
Solutions:
- If trip just after close the switch, firstly open the heating air switch, then close, if trip again, that means the main circuit is short and grounded. Close air switch one by one, when trip after closed certain switch, that means the voltage regulation circuit of this air switch has problem. Then check one by one.
- If trip just after initiated electromotor, that means the branch circuit of the electromotor has problem.
Fault 5: Lamp not on
Reasons:
- voltage regulation circuit broken.
- the filament of lamp broken.
- controllable silicon damaged or disconnected.
- lamp disconnected.
Solutions:
- test the voltage at the 2 sides of lamp by universal meter with ACV250 band.
- If the voltage is 220V, then the ilament of lamp broken, disassemble it and check again by universal meter with R×1 band.
- If the voltage is “0”, check related voltage regulation circuit. First check if there is voltage output, then test if there is voltage input. If there is input but no output, generally the problem is controllable silicon broken or potentiometer desoldering.
- when adjusting potentiometer, the indicator has brightness change, that means the controllable silicon is in good condition. Then the problem is lamp disconnected.
Fault 6: After mold opening, the stretching rod do not up to original position
Reasons:
- magnet ring switch position is too low, the piston of cylinder did not pass by magnet ring switch after stretching rod reached the bottom.
- the stretching speed of stretching rod is too fast.
Solutions:
- Firstly, pull stretching rod to original position manually, then adjust magnet ring switch to a higher level, so as to ensure that the magnet ring switch could feel piston when stretching rod reached the bottom.
- tighten clockwise the bolts of connector of one-way throttle valve which under cylinder, so as to reduce the fallen speed of stretching rod. Please note that changing the speed of stretching rod may influence the effect of bottle blowing. Adjusting the time setting of “Delay blowing” as cooperation, so as to realize the ideal effect that start to blowing once the stretching rod reach the bottle bottom.
Fault 7: No action when mold closing
Reasons:
- mold closing solenoid valve not connected power.
- air pressure too low.
- air leakage at seal ring of cylinder
Solutions:
- check circuit and switch.
- raise air pressure of cylinder.
- replace seal ring.
Fault 8: cylinder grating when closing mold
Reasons: lack of lubrication oil at the movable connecting rod which at the bottom of mold closing cylinder
Solutions: Add lubrication oil at the movable connecting rod which at the bottom of mold closing cylinder.
Fault 9: no action when blowing
Reasons:
- blowing valve not connected power.
- air supply tube broken or connector drop.
- gate board not in position.
Solutions:
- Check circuit and blowing valve.
- adjust or replace air supply tube.
- adjust gate board to position.
Fault 10: explosion noise in mold when blowing
Reasons:
- sealing pressure not enough.
- crack or wear on sealing rubber washer.
- sealing solenoid valve fault.
- open mold without release air pressure safely.
- power failure in middle way.
- silencer jammed by dust.
Solutions:
- Add sealing area to add sealing pressure, or ad sealing action pressure, but note that no more than 1MPa.
- replace sealing rubber washer.
- check sealing solenoid valve.
- removal air release valve fault, or add delay mold opening time, or check whether curve support device fault.
- improve power supply system. 6, wash silencer by diesel oil.
Fault 11: blank tube not able to rotation
Reasons:
- fuse broken.
- rotation electromotor fault.
- bearing of blank tube base broken.
- mechanical speed adjuster fault.
Solutions:
- replace fuse.
- Check whether the chain of rotation electromotor is too tight, or whether there is other faults.
- replace bearing.
- check whether the speed adjuster is normal.
Fault 12: Oil sprayer jam
Reasons: machine oil is dense because of longtime disuse of the machine
Solutions: replace machine oil and wash oil sprayer.
Fault 13: grease tube broken
Reasons: injecting grease when there is air in the grease tube. The bolts in sealing ring is too tight. Grease become rigid caused by longtime disuse of the machine.
Solutions: Press hardly. Using lubrication oil diluted by machine oil or lubricating grease
Fault 14: solenoid valve jam
Reasons: Compressed air not clean, no lubrication oil or sealing ring wear caused by working without oil for longtime.
Solutions: Replace sealing ring, disassemble solenoid valve and wash by alcohol.
Fault 15: sealing ring of cylinder crack
Reasons: compressed air not clean, there is impurity in cylinder or dry friction without oil for longtime.
Solutions: Replace new sealing ring.
Fault 16: Under manual mode, the machine not close mold after clicked mold closing button
Reasons: mold assembly not proper, intermediate relay of mold closing solenoid valve burned
Solutions: Correct mold assembly, replace new relay switch.
Fault 17: air leakage at the sealing point when blowing
Reason: sealing ring broken, sealing tube or cap loosing
Solutions: replace sealing ring, tighten sealing cap and fix it. Adjusting the nuts on sealing cylinder to have the sealing point down, till there is no air leakage.
Fault 18: no action when stretching
Reasons:
- air pressure not enough.
- air leakage in cylinder
Solutions:
- adjusting air pressure or moving slowly.
- replace sealing ring of cylinder
Fault 19: Stretching rod speed sometimes fast sometimes slow when blowing
Reasons: Action air pressure less than 0.7MPa, air leakage caused by piston ring of stretching loosing, there is resistance to influence the speed of stretching rod, cylinder dry friction without lubrication.
Solutions: Check air source (air compressor), replace sealing ring, inject special oil to cylinder for lubrication.
Fault 20: There is air leakage at the hole of high pressure regulating valve
Reasons:
- opening speed for air supply switch is too fast.
- the core of high pressure valve broken.
- too much oil inside caused by air circuit not clean.
Solutions:
- close air supply switch, release compressed air, then loosing the pressure regulating valve to the most, adjusting the pressure again after air supplied.
- close air supply switch, release compressed air, then loosing the pressure regulating valve to the most, take off pressure regulating valve, and wash with alcohol. Assemble after washing. Adjusting the pressure again after air supplied.
- replace the core of high pressure valve.
Fault 21: mold burst when blowing.
Reasons: tube for stretching and sealing connected together.
Solutions: check air tube, correct tube wrongly connected.
Fault 22: Bottleneck always hurt by clamping.
Reasons: clamp of mechanical arm not in position.
Solutions: record the usage situation of clamp of mechanical arm, the tight of spring and whether the position of mechanical arm is wrong; check whether the spring is broken or lack of tension.
